What a year it’s been for our community! New businesses have opened their doors, new friendships have formed, and the Lower North Shore has kept growing into a place where people genuinely show up for one another. Now it’s time to celebrate together.
Merry & Connected is a joyful evening for the business owners, communities, creatives, and neighbours who make Mosman, Cremorne, Neutral Bay, and Crows Nest such a wonderful place to live and work. Expect music, laughter, movement, and plenty of warm conversation as we acknowledge everything we’ve built this year and the connections that will carry us into the next.
Three local communities, Voice of Mosman, Dance Escapes Australia, and The Motivate Collective, are coming together to host it, united by one belief: we grow better together. Come as you are, bring a friend, and leave with new connections and a bright future.
What’s on for the night
🎙️ A live Christmas recording of The Motivate Collective Podcast. Following our Episode 100 celebration in Neutral Bay, we’re bringing the mic back to Military Road for a festive conversation recorded in front of the community.
💃 A Zumba performance with Luiza and her crew. It’s high-energy, full of heart, and impossible to watch without smiling.

Everyone is welcome! Whether you’re joining us from the Lower North Shore, across Sydney, or the surrounding regions, this is your invitation to celebrate the year with great company.
We’d especially love to see the professionals and communities who have followed Voice of Mosman, Dance Escapes Australia, and The Motivate Collective, along with anyone curious to get to know us better. Local business owners, wellness practitioners, creatives, community leaders, Zumba lovers, and podcast listeners are all warmly welcome, as is anyone who simply wants to meet wonderful people.
Neutral Bay is an easy trip down Military Road from the city and the Northern Beaches. Come on your own or bring a friend. There’s a place for you here.

Sarah founded Voice of Mosman in 2019 to keep locals connected to what’s happening in their community and to champion the businesses that give Mosman its character. Through her regular community and business events, she has become one of the Lower North Shore’s most trusted connectors.
Sarah is a former financial advice business owner and is involved in political spaces.

Luiza Mustafina, Dance Escapes Australia
Luiza brings joy, rhythm, and connection to everyone she dances with. Through Dance Escapes Australia, she creates dance experiences that take people out of their everyday lives, including her Bali Zumba Weekend getaway. At her Zumba classes in Mosman and Neutral Bay, her students arrive for the movement and stay for the friendships, and Luiza brings that same warmth and sense of belonging to all events.
