The HumanCharger Jet Lag Protocol

Since the body's circadian rhythm operates almost exclusively on light cues, the HumanCharger has proven to be an effective way to shift your body clock when crossing multiple time zones.

  1. Set Your Destination Time. Get settled on the plane and set your phone to your new time zone immediately.
  2. Set Your First Alarm. Choose a time between 07:00 and 09:00 at your destination. This is when you'll start using the HumanCharger.
  3. Set Follow-Up Alarms. Set 4 additional alarms every two hours. During these times, use the HumanCharger for 12 minutes each.
  4. Use Your HumanCharger. When each alarm goes off, put it on, press the button, and it runs for exactly 12 minutes then automatically shuts off.
  5. Repeat on Day 2. Repeat the protocol the following day to fully reset your body clock. Add an extra session on Day 1 if feeling sluggish in the afternoon.
