1. Promoter

The following people are not eligible to enter: the Promoter; anyone directly involved in administering or judging this promotion; and employees or contractors of The Motivate Collective. Friends and family members of the Promoter or of Robbie Mattei are eligible to enter, provided they are not directly involved in conducting or judging the promotion. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.

4. How to enter

To enter, participants must complete all steps in the entry form at motivatecollective.com/robbie-giveawayduring the promotional period: (1) submit a genuine question about AI; (2) select a preferred session; and (3) subscribe to The Motivate Collective newsletter. Only one entry per person is permitted. Incomplete entries, duplicate entries, or entries that do not comply with these terms will not be considered. The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost or not received due to technical issues.

5. Promotional period

The promotion opens on [INSERT OPENING DATE] and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on [INSERT CLOSING DATE]. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

6. Winner selection — game of skill

This is a game of skill. All entries will be individually assessed on their merit. The Promoter's decision is final. The number of winners will be at the Promoter's discretion based on entries received and available session capacity.

7. Winner notification

Winners will be notified by email to the address provided at entry no later than [INSERT NOTIFICATION DATE]. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Session access details will be sent to confirmed winners by email. The Promoter will publish first name and suburb/country of winners on motivatecollective.com or its social media channels following the event.

Personal information collected through this promotion will be used to administer the competition and, where consent is given, to send The Motivate Collective newsletter. The Promoter handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties except as required by law or to facilitate prize delivery. Participants may withdraw consent and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

9. Consumer law compliance

This promotion is conducted in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).
