Event Hosts

Becca Eisenberg

Becca Eisenberg is the creator of Thrive Collective Retreats in collaboration with yoga, relationship, hypnotherapy and embodiment leaders. Becca is bringing her wellness event expertise to Own Your Life event with The Motivate Collective.

She also co-founded the ex.plo.re marketing dashboard and worked as a publicist for more than a decade. Becca says, “For years, I chased external success. I built businesses. I stayed busy. I gave to everyone else. On paper, everything looked “fine.” Inside, I felt disconnected from myself — tired in a way rest alone didn’t fix.

What changed my life wasn’t another achievement.
It was stepping into spaces that allowed me to slow down, feel, move, laugh, rest, and be seen — without performing or holding it all together.”

Becca Eisenberg is basd in Paris having recently relocated from New York.

Gabrielle Hicks

Gabrielle Hicks is a suicide prevention advocate and former legal professional. She works to improve mental health in organisations and comunities, and is now bringing her specialty to The Motivate Collective discussions.

Gabrielle says, “I have never underestimated the transformative power of holding space for women. I will continue to advocate for a world where holding space for women is not just an option but an unwavering, non-negotiable imperative.”

Gabrielle is now based in Melbourne and has previously lived in Newcastle, which is north of Sydney.

Melanie Suzanne Wilson

Melanie Suzanne Wilson is an experienced public speaker and the founder of The Motivate Collective.

Melanie practiced public speaking for more than a decade, dropped twenty kilograms naturally, followed more than five hundred yoga practices, and then became an advocate for personal diversity and inclusion.

Melanie learned public speaking techniques from her grandparents, Gary Wilson OAM and the late Elizabeth Wilson OAM. Melanie went on to host a podcast that launched in 2025 and included more than fifty experts within five months.

Melanie previously worked in marketing, public relations, and administration.

Melanie now serves Newcastle and Sydney audiences.
